Refund Policy

Scope:
This policy applies to services provided by MatterMore360 (strategy, capture, editing, interactive tour build, and related deliverables).
Deposits & payments:
Project deposits secure dates and pre-production time and are non-refundable once work begins or dates are reserved. Milestone invoices reflect work completed to date.
Cancellations:

If you cancel before production begins, we’ll refund any amounts paid minus non-recoverable costs and time already worked.

If you cancel after capture has started, refunds are pro-rated to unperformed milestones. Completed phases (strategy, capture, editing already delivered) aren’t refundable.
Digital deliverables:
Interactive tours and other digital assets aren’t returnable once delivered. If there’s a technical defect attributable to us, we will correct it or re-deliver at no additional cost within the agreed scope.
Third-party platforms:
Hosting, viewer, or marketplace fees (e.g., tour platforms, calendars, booking tools) are set by those providers and are not refundable through us. Platform changes or outages are outside our control; any necessary rework will be quoted as additional services.
How to request a refund:
Email connect@mattermore360.com with your project name, invoice number, and reason within 7 days of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
